Technical support & after-sales

Make support responsibilities reviewable before the system ships

HUA-X support begins with a defined model, project scope, evidence package, acceptance plan, and service contact path. Warranty, response, site service, commissioning, and training terms are confirmed for the quoted configuration and contract.

Support workflow

Four stages from technical review to service records

The current Chinese service pages describe pre-sales consultation, delivery coordination, inspection and acceptance support, installation guidance, and cross-functional follow-up. This international version turns those statements into project inputs a buyer can verify.

Before quotation

Confirm the application, model, interfaces, operating conditions, destination requirements, document list, and responsibility matrix.

Before shipment

Agree inspection, test records, packaging, labels, logistics documents, spare parts, installation inputs, and acceptance criteria.

Installation and commissioning

Define who performs installation, energization, parameter setup, commissioning, site acceptance, and operator training.

Issue handling

Record the model, serial number, order, site, alarm code, logs, photos, operating mode, environment, and actions already taken.

For a faster technical response

Send the evidence that identifies the real operating condition

  • Product model, serial number, purchase order, and installation site
  • System architecture, firmware or parameter version, and connected equipment
  • Alarm codes, event timestamps, exported logs, clear photos, and video where useful
  • Load, state of charge, operating mode, ambient temperature, and recent maintenance
  • The requested outcome, site access limits, responsible contacts, and deadline

Support case preparation

Send the model, site, evidence, and requested outcome in one reviewable request.

The inquiry route preserves the support context so the technical and commercial teams can identify the product, contract, responsible party, and next action.
