This draft reflects the rebuilt site's current behavior. The final legal operator, processor list, retention period, destination-country terms, and privacy contact must be confirmed before launch.
Information submitted
The inquiry form accepts name, company, email, optional phone, country or region, and a project message. It also sends the current page URL and title, product or category context when available, language, UTM parameters, referrer, entry CTA, and product-selector summary.
Purpose
The information is intended to route and evaluate a requested product, technical, commercial, compliance, supplier-review, or support discussion. It is not used by this application to create an account or publish a public profile.
Delivery and storage
The website sends an inquiry only when a configured receiving webhook accepts it. If the webhook is missing or fails, the interface states that the form data was not delivered or stored by this website application. The retention and security practices of the eventual receiving system must be documented in the final policy.
Spam prevention and technical limits
A hidden honeypot field and payload limits are used to reject automated or excessive submissions. The site does not claim that these controls eliminate every unwanted submission.
Cookies and analytics
The current rebuild does not include advertising trackers or a cookie-consent interface. If analytics, chat, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are added, this policy and consent controls must be updated before they run.
Your request
Until the final privacy contact is confirmed, the public contact value carried from the legacy site is sales@huax.co. The final policy must identify the controller and applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, complaint, and cross-border rights.
