How we handle website inquiries and analytics

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, country or region, project type and message. You may also provide a phone number, buyer role, target capacity, project timeline and how you heard about us. The form includes the first landing page URL, submission page URL and title, language, referral and campaign parameters, entry button, and any selected product or configuration summary. Page and referral URLs omit query strings and fragments; campaign parameters are recorded separately. We do not publish this inquiry information.

Why and how we use it

We use inquiry details to assess your request, respond, prepare a relevant technical or commercial discussion, and protect the form from abuse. The site stores an inquiry only after its database confirms receipt; authorized staff review it in a password-protected administration area. Submission and login attempts are subject to short-term rate limits using a pseudonymous network identifier.

Storage, service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Vercel and inquiry records are stored in a private PostgreSQL database provided by Neon. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 processes site-usage information. These providers may process information outside your country or region. Their processing locations and applicable safeguards depend on their current service terms; contact us if you need details relevant to your inquiry.

How long we keep inquiries

Our inquiry retention period is 48 months from the last business communication about the inquiry. The initial inquiry is the first recorded communication; staff can record later contact dates and manually review and delete records when the period expires. This website does not automatically delete expired records. We may retain information longer where required by applicable law or needed to resolve a legal claim.

Optional analytics and browser storage

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, clicks on contact and document links, and inquiry form interactions: starting an inquiry, submission attempts, validation or request failures, and successful saving. Contact and document clicks do not confirm that a conversation or download was completed. Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”; choosing “Decline” does not load it. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” on the website. If you withdraw consent, future analytics stops and the site removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies. We do not send form entries such as your name, email, phone number or message, contact-link addresses, or error details to Google Analytics. Its events use page paths without arbitrary URL query strings or fragments.

Your analytics choice is kept in this browser’s local storage. The first landing page, referral and campaign parameters are kept in session storage within the current browser tab so they can accompany an inquiry after you browse other pages. Google Analytics may set its own browser identifiers after you allow it; the HUA-X analytics property is configured for a two-month event and user-data retention period. The administrator login uses an essential cookie that expires after eight hours. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete inquiry information, or object to its processing, where applicable law provides these rights. Email sales@huax.co and include your inquiry reference if you have it. You may also contact a relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
